the Training Manager – Operations is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training programs for all operational employees across Crunchys outlets. The role focuses on improving employee performance, maintaining brand standards, ensuring SOP compliance, and enhancing customer service through effective training and continuous development.
- Design and deliver induction and refresher training programs.
- Train outlet teams on SOPs, food safety, hygiene, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Conduct on-site training visits and operational audits.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance reviews.
- Develop and update training manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
- Identify skill gaps and prepare development plans for employees.
- Coordinate with HR and Operations for new employee onboarding and training schedules.
- Support new outlet openings by conducting pre-opening training.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, FSSAI standards, and operational guidelines.
- Submit regular training reports, attendance records, and improvement plans. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in restaurant/QSR operations, with at least 2 years in a training role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoho.
- Willingness to travel extensively across outlet locations.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
