We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s finance and accounts function and support management in financial planning, business growth, and strategic decision-making
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial management, accounting, taxation, budgeting, MIS, cash-flow management, project finance, banking, audits, and statutory compliance, with the ability to work closely with senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the overall Finance & Accounts function of the organization.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial plans, cash-flow projections, and business forecasts.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow statements, financial analysis, and management reports.
- Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, cash flows, and overall financial health of the business.
- Manage funding requirements, banking relationships, working capital, loans, and financial arrangements.
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting, taxation, audit, and statutory compliance.
- Oversee GST, TDS, income tax, statutory filings, reconciliations, and tax planning in coordination with internal/external professionals.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, internal teams, banks, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders.
- Establish effective financial controls, accounting processes, approval systems, and internal controls.
- Support management in financial modelling, feasibility analysis, project evaluation, cost-benefit analysis, and strategic business decisions.
- Monitor project budgets and identify cost overruns, financial risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Provide management with timely insights on profitability, liquidity, working capital, investment, and financial performance.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team and ensure timely completion of all finance-related activities.
