We are looking for an experienced and responsible Dispatch Supervisor to manage daily dispatch operations for ice cream and frozen products. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of warehouse dispatch processes, inventory coordination, cold chain management, and FIFO practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily dispatch and delivery operations for ice cream products
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders
- Follow and maintain FIFO (First In First Out) inventory process strictly
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and delivery teams
- Monitor stock movement and maintain dispatch records
- Ensure proper handling and storage of frozen products as per cold chain standards
- Manage loading and unloading activities efficiently
- Coordinate with transport vendors and drivers for smooth dispatch operations
- Maintain operational discipline, hygiene, and process accuracy in dispatch activities
Requirements:
- Experience in warehouse dispatch, cold chain, or FMCG operations
- Strong understanding of FIFO inventory management
- Good coordination and team management skills
- Ability to handle operational pressure and time-sensitive deliveries
- Basic reporting and inventory handling knowledge
- 9 to 10 years of Experience
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Intermediate
Experience:
- Prior experience in dispatch, warehouse, FMCG, dairy, frozen food, or cold storage operations preferred
- Senior-level operational handling experience required

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
