Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Cum Teacher with strong communication skills and a passion for both digital marketing and teaching. The ideal candidate will manage the institute's online presence, execute digital marketing campaigns, and deliver practical training sessions to students in Digital Marketing and AI-powered marketing tools.
Knowledge of Gurbani/Gurmukhi/Punjabi will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing Execution
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation campaigns.
- Develop strategies to improve brand awareness and student admissions.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
2. Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content using Meta Business Suite and similar tools.
- Handle audience engagement, comments, messages, and community building.
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels.
3. Content Creation
- Write engaging captions, blogs, marketing copy, scripts, and promotional content.
- Create content for Reels, Shorts, Stories, and educational videos.
- Assist with photo/video shoots and perform basic editing using Canva or similar tools.
- Stay updated with the latest social media and content trends.
4. Teaching & Student Training
- Deliver classroom and practical sessions on Digital Marketing.
- Train students in:
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- SMO (Social Media Optimization)
- Social Media Marketing
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Email Marketing
- WhatsApp Marketing
- Content Marketing
- AI Tools for Marketing
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Evaluate student performance and provide guidance for career development.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and doubt-clearing sessions.
5. AI Tools & Automation
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Flow, Veo, Gemini, Canva AI, and similar platforms.
- Generate marketing ideas, scripts, captions, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
- Introduce students to AI-powered marketing workflows and automation tools.
- Improve productivity through AI-assisted content creation.
6. Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Create promotional emails and newsletters.
- Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns, broadcasts, and customer engagement.
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication.
7. SEO & SMO
- Perform keyword research and content optimization.
- Improve website visibility through on-page SEO practices.
- Optimize social media profiles and content for maximum reach.
- Monitor keyword rankings and organic performance.
8. Performance Tracking
- Analyze campaign performance using Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Track engagement, impressions, conversions, and lead generation.
- Maintain reports using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Gurbani/Gurmukhi/Punjabi will be preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Good content writing and creative thinking ability.
- Familiarity with Canva or basic graphic/video editing tools.
- Knowledge of AI tools for marketing will be an advantage.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.
