We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to monitor and evaluate tutoring sessions, ensure quality standards are met, and support continuous improvement in teaching effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate live online tutoring sessions.
- Assess tutor performance based on communication skills, lesson delivery, student engagement, professionalism, and classroom management.
- Monitor adherence to company quality standards and international teaching expectations.
- Identify strengths, improvement areas, and recurring quality concerns.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and performance evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve tutor effectiveness.
- Track quality metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with academic and operations teams to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience for international students.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (Verbal and Written).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- High attention to detail and observation skills.
- Ability to evaluate performance objectively and provide actionable feedback.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Analysis, Quality Assurance, Education Operations, Training, Teaching, Customer Support Quality, or a related role.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, Training, or Service-Based Industries will be preferred.
- Prior experience reviewing calls, classes, training sessions, or performance quality is an advantage.
