Responsibilities:
- Cash Handling
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer programs
- Greet and welcome differently-abled persons and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Collect payments and process insurance claims
- Maintain a clean and organized Patient-Occupied Area
- Assist with other administrative tasks when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer programs
