About the Role
We are hiring a Study Abroad Education Consultant to join our teams in Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram. The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting live webinars to present our services, engaging with prospective students, and supporting the lead-to-enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Host and moderate live webinars on platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet to present study abroad services
- Engage with prospective students and respond to queries before, during, and after webinars
- Follow up with webinar attendees to support lead qualification and enrollment conversions
- Coordinate with the marketing team on webinar content and post-session campaigns
- Track and report on attendance, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Manage pre- and post-webinar communications with prospective students
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Mass Communication or Journalism preferred)
- Strong verbal communication skills and comfort presenting on camera
- Interest in education consulting and student outreach
- Proficiency with webinar platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or WebEx
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, counselling, or the overseas education industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems
- Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
