Job Description:
Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Associate Agency Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and represent our range of products effectively. You will act as a mentor and guide, ensuring that agents reach their full potential while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new insurance agents
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets
- Monitor agent performance and provide constructive feedback and support
- Foster relationships with agents to drive engagement and motivation
- Collaborate with management to enhance business development strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
