Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Talent Acquisition Lead with 8+ years of recruitment experience, including a proven track record of hiring CXO and C-suite executives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in leadership hiring, stakeholder management, executive search, and end-to-end recruitment across technology, consulting, AI, analytics, and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership and strategic positions, including CXO, VP, Director, and senior management roles.
- Partner closely with founders and business leaders to understand hiring priorities and workforce planning.
- Build and execute executive search strategies using multiple sourcing channels.
- Identify, engage, and assess high-calibre leadership talent.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with senior stakeholders and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Track hiring metrics and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Demonstrated success in hiring CXO/C-suite and senior leadership roles.
- Experience recruiting for AI, technology, consulting, analytics, or enterprise services organizations is highly preferred.
- Strong executive search and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.

- Experience hiring for global markets, including the US and Europe.
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and executive sourcing expertise.
- Experience working with startups or high-growth organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple leadership mandates simultaneously.
