Experience Required:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling domestic and international tour packages
- Preparing customized itineraries according to client requirements
- Dealing with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Knowledge of hotel bookings, flights, visas, and travel insurance
- Generating leads and converting inquiries into sales
- Providing excellent customer support before and after booking
Required Skills:
- Good communication and sales skills
- Strong knowledge of international destinations and holiday packages
- Ability to handle clients professionally
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM, etc.)
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Preference:
- Candidates with prior experience in travel sales/tour packages will be preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Fluent English, Hindi, and Punjabi communication skills preferred
