About this opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations, ensuring seamless operational activities, optimizing KPIs, and driving process excellence across multiple OEM’S. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, process management, and stakeholder engagement.
What you will do:

Network Understanding: Deep knowledge of CORE /RAN architecture, components, and integration.

Configuration Change Process (E2E): Manage and execute end-to-end changes across all OEMs.

KPI Monitoring & Optimization: Understanding of KPI’s for 2G/4G/5G NSA and SA

Call Flow Analysis: Understand and troubleshoot call flows for voice and data services.

Process Excellence: Drive automation and zero-touch processes in planning and execution.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align on deliverables.

Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and documentation for team knowledge enhancement.

Incident & Change Management: Handle escalations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions

Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on upgrades, KPI trends, and process improvements.
The skills you bring:

Strong understanding of RAN/CORE technologies (2G/4G/5G SA).

Expertise and familiarity with other OEMs (Ericsson, Nokia, Cisco).

Proficiency in configuration change methodologies and rollback strategies.

Knowledge of network KPIs and performance optimization techniques.

Hands-on experience with call flows, signaling, and troubleshooting tools.

Solid grasp of process frameworks (ITIL, Lean Six Sigma preferred).

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Familiarity with cloud-native solutions and virtualization.

Ability to work with automation tools and scripting for process efficiency.

Qualifications: B-Tech/ B.E. and minimum 8 to 12 years of experience of relevant industry experience
