As we expand our operations with a new office in Kurukshetra, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our regional sales strategy and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the Kurukshetra region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team; mentor and train junior sales staff.
- Generate and convert leads through field visits, client meetings, and telephonic communication.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, EPC partners, and government stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, project documentation, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar, energy, or infrastructure sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel across the region as required.
