Aksara Jewellers is looking for an energetic, proactive, and result-oriented Field Marketing & Business Development Executive to support BTL activities, customer acquisition, local marketing campaigns, and business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities
- Support promotional campaigns, apartment activations, and local outreach programs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities
- Generate leads and support customer acquisition initiatives
- Build relationships with customers and business networks
- Conduct market visits and collect customer insights
- Support business development and brand awareness activities
- Maintain activity reports and update management regularly
Requirements:
- PUC / Graduate preferred
- Experience in Field Marketing, Business Development, Sales, BTL Activities, or Customer Engagement preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
Language Requirements:
