Job Description: Technical Project Manager required to own project execution, delivery management, technical coordination, product detailing, testing oversight, and engineering collaboration across multiple active client projects. The candidate will work closely with founders and engineers to ensure projects are delivered on time, with high quality, and with strong operational visibility. The role requires someone who can independently manage software delivery cycles, convert rough business requirements into actionable execution plans, coordinate with engineering teams, manage timelines and risks, and ensure smooth project delivery with minimal hand-holding. The candidate should be highly reliable, process-oriented, technically aware, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced AI-native development environment.
Who are we looking for?
Strong Technical Project Manager: You can independently manage software delivery projects end-to-end, maintain delivery trackers, manage timelines, coordinate priorities, and ensure projects stay on track without constant supervision.
AI-Native Operator: You actively use AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, and similar platforms to improve productivity, documentation, project management, testing, and execution workflows.
Product & Delivery Thinker: You can take a rough project direction or business requirement and transform it into detailed workflows, specifications, execution plans, and engineering tasks.
Engineering Coordinator: You are comfortable working closely with developers, understanding technical discussions, reviewing progress, coordinating testing, and supporting deployment workflows.
Strong Communicator: You possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills and can prepare professional client-facing drafts, documentation, updates, and internal reports with clarity and structure.
Ownership-Driven Professional: You take accountability for delivery outcomes, proactively identify risks, solve operational gaps, and ensure execution quality across projects.
Hands-on & Detail-Oriented: You are comfortable testing products, validating features, reviewing workflows, documenting issues, and ensuring quality before delivery.
Must have good communication skills: Need to coordinate internally with engineering teams and support founder communication for US-based client projects.
What will you be responsible for?
1. Managing end-to-end project execution across active software and AI delivery projects. 2. Creating and maintaining project plans, delivery trackers, execution timelines, and status reporting systems.
3. Translating founder/client product direction into detailed requirements, user flows, specifications, and actionable engineering tasks.
4. Coordinating closely with engineers on implementation progress, blockers, testing, deployments, and delivery priorities.
5. Preparing draft client emails, project summaries, clarification documents, decks, and status updates for founder review.
6. Producing or supporting weekly project updates, Loom reports, and delivery summaries. 7.Managing testing workflows, validating product quality, identifying bugs/issues, and ensuring deliverables meet expected standards before client delivery.
8. Supporting AI workflow setup including Claude skills, Claude Code workflows, and AI-assisted operational systems.
9. Capturing structured meeting notes, action items, risks, and next steps after delivery discussions and internal meetings.
10. Monitoring delivery risks, project dependencies, and operational bottlenecks while proactively driving resolutions.
11. Maintaining high standards of organisation, accountability, communication, and project visibility across all active workstreams.
Technologies / Tools Preferred
1. Project Management & Collaboration: Experience with Notion, Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Google Workspace, Loom, or similar platforms.
2. AI Tools: Daily usage familiarity with Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, and AI-assisted operational workflows.
3. Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of APIs, deployments, software architecture, databases, testing workflows, and modern software delivery environments.
4. Documentation & Reporting: Strong experience creating structured documentation, requirement specifications, project trackers, presentations, and delivery reports.
5. Version Control Awareness: Basic familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows and engineering collaboration processes is preferred.
