The Inside Sales Representative will be the first point of contact for potential clients. The primary focus is to identify new business opportunities, nurture leads through digital channels, and convert prospects into long-term partners. This role is critical for driving revenue growth without the need for extensive travel.

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to track lead progress and ensure timely follow-ups.

Product Demonstrations: Conduct virtual meetings and online presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products/services.

Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaboration: Coordinate with the Field Sales and Marketing teams to align on messaging and target audience strategies.

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and regional languages as per the PAN India requirement).

Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (like Salesforce or Zoho), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office.
