The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll for our healthcare professionals while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. This role involves handling payroll functions, benefits administration, and responding to employee payroll inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Prior experience working as a Payroll Specialist for a Healthcare Staffing Agency
· Strong understanding of healthcare staffing payroll processes
· Knowledge of W2 pay structure, stipend pay, and GSA guidelines
· Hands-on experience with payroll reporting and related documentation
· Ability to manage payroll operations accurately and efficiently
