Job Title: Senior Consultant – Graphical Design, Motion & Editing
Experience: 6+ Years
Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or Animation. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, Canva Pro, and InDesign is essential. Certification in Motion Graphics or AI-powered creative tools will be preferred. Knowledge of AI video tools such as Runway, Pika, HeyGen, or equivalent is an added advantage.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Consultant – Graphical Design, Motion & Editing to lead the visual and multimedia communication strategy for Odisha Police. The role requires expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, AI-powered creative tools, and multimedia storytelling to create impactful communication assets across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of all creative outputs including static, motion, print, and digital assets.
- Develop and maintain brand-consistent design templates and creative standards.
- Design infographics, campaign creatives, social media content, presentations, hoardings, and promotional materials.
- Create motion graphics, explainer videos, reels, animations, and AI-assisted visual content.
- Develop storyboards and provide creative direction for video productions in coordination with the video team.
- Ensure quality control of all visual and creative assets prior to publication.
- Design and conceptualize logos, unit identities, and mnemonics for the Police Department.
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role.
- Experience handling a minimum of 2 Odisha State Government clients or PSUs.
- Strong expertise in graphic design, motion editing, multimedia production, and AI-powered creative workflows.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
