Working Days
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations
- Provide counseling and psychotherapy sessions to patients
- Prepare and maintain case histories, therapy notes, and psychological reports
- Work closely with psychiatrists, doctors, and multidisciplinary teams for patient care
- Assist in treatment planning and rehabilitation programs
- Handle patient follow-ups and progress monitoring
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in clinical practice
- Participate in departmental activities, case discussions, and awareness programs
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and observation skills
- Empathy and patient-handling abilities
- Basic documentation and report-writing skills
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary hospital environment
Experience
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Prior hospital or clinical experience will be an added advantage
