Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and result-driven Closing Manager to manage end-to-end real estate sales closures, client relationships, and documentation. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, sound knowledge of real estate transactions, and the ability to ensure smooth deal closures while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales closures, including documentation and client coordination.
- Prepare and review agreements, contracts, financial proposals, and closing documents.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to ensure successful deal closures.
- Guide clients throughout the buying journey and provide suitable property solutions.
- Coordinate site visits and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Ensure all legal, financial, and compliance requirements are completed during the closing process.
- Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Generate business through B2B and B2C channels while achieving sales targets.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales &closing.
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, documentation, and property laws.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Candidates residing near Mira Bhayander will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
