We are looking for a curious, AI-savvy Content & GEO Executive who can create impactful content while helping brands improve their visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven discovery platforms.
Core ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Creation
· Create compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, thought leadership articles, case studies, and marketing collateral.
· Develop content that aligns with audience intent and supports brand visibility across search and AI-powered platforms.
· Conduct research, interviews, and competitive analysis to create authoritative content.
· Collaborate with creative, digital, and client servicing teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
· Optimize content for AI-powered search and answer engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and emerging AI platforms.
· Research how brands, products, and services are represented across generative search environments.
· Develop content structures, knowledge assets, FAQs, and authority-building content that improve discoverability in AI-generated responses.
· Monitor evolving AI search trends and recommend strategies that enhance brand visibility.
· Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Jasper, NotebookLM, and similar platforms to enhance content creation, research, and productivity.
Desired Skills & QualificationsMust-Have
· 2-3 years of experience in Content Marketing, Content Writing, Digital Marketing, GEO, SEO, or related roles.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong understanding of content strategy and digital content ecosystems.
· Familiarity with AI-powered search platforms and generative AI tools.
· Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to emerging technologies.
Bonus Skills
· Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
· Exposure to marketing automation tools and lead nurturing workflows.
