Work Experience: 2–4 years (FMCG/Alcobev BTL)
Drive brand visibility, activation quality & channel-specific BTL execution to enhance consumer engagement and trade presence.
- Plan & execute trade marketing programs across GT, Off-Trade & On-Trade.
- Deploy POSM assets—LEDs, shelves, signages, danglers, display units—with quality and compliance.
- Execute retail visibility standards, planograms & shopper touchpoint enhancements.
- Roll out consumer promotions, sampling events & store-level activations.
- Track BTL KPIs: coverage, visibility index, activation uplift & ROI.
- Conduct outlet audits for execution quality, brand presence & competitor tracking.
- Manage agencies for fabrication, installation, activation manpower & logistics.
- Maintain budgets, POs, vendor payments & documentation.
- Support brand teams with insights on shopper behavior & category trends.
Graduate/MBA (Marketing specialization preferred).
- Strong BTL execution capability across diverse retail environments.
- Proven vendor management experience with ability to drive quality, speed & cost control.
- Strong analytical mindset for assessing activation impact, visibility KPIs & store-level insights.
- Excellent collaboration with Sales teams to align field priorities & execution grids.
- Strong creative interpretation skills—ability to translate brand guidelines into in-market execution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple agencies & timelines in high-pressure cycles.
- Prior trade marketing/BTL experience (strong preference for Alcobev or FMCG).
- Experience in POSM planning, fabrication supervision & activation management.
- Familiarity with channel segmentation (On-trade vs Off-trade) is highly desirable.
