Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Revenue Cloud Readiness)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to optimize and enhance an existing Salesforce environment in preparation for a Revenue Cloud implementation. The ideal candidate should possess strong Salesforce development expertise, hands-on experience with Lightning technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Experience with CPQ/Revenue Cloud and Salesforce integrations will be highly advantageous.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex Development, including:
- Apex Classes
- Apex Triggers
- Batch Apex
- Scheduled Jobs
- Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and related front-end technologies.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and administration.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Clouds such as:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience building and optimizing:
- Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows, Auto-Launched Flows)
- Lightning Record Pages
- Dynamic Forms
- Lightning App Builder
- Experience creating Reports and Dashboards.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Ability to optimize platform performance, including:
- Apex Performance
- Queries/SOQL
- Flows
- Data Loads
- Batch Processing
- Large Data Volume (LDV) Handling
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Mandatory).
Good-to-Have Skills
- Salesforce CPQ experience.
- Experience with Revenue Cloud implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce Development.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
- Salesforce App Builder Certification.
- Sales Cloud Consultant Certification.

- Experience mentoring junior developers and explaining end-to-end solution architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.
- Customize Salesforce applications using Lightning App Builder and Dynamic Forms.
- Develop and maintain Apex Triggers, Batch Classes, Scheduled Jobs, and APIs.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Build and enhance reports, dashboards, and custom Salesforce components.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Support and develop Salesforce integrations with internal and external applications.
- Optimize Salesforce performance and maintain platform reliability.
- Participate in sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Contribute to Revenue Cloud readiness and future implementation initiatives.
