About the Role
Kass Care is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can drive customer acquisition,
lead generation, and revenue growth through paid digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate
should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, preferably in an E-commerce
environment and digital marketing agency setup.
Key Responsibilities
- E-commerce Performance Marketing – Drive online sales and customer acquisition through paid
media channels.
- Optimize product campaigns for maximum conversions and revenue.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for high-performing ad creatives.
- Analyze customer behavior and conversion funnels.
- Meta Ads Management – Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising
campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
- Create audience segments, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, and campaign strategies.
- Google Ads Management – Manage and optimize Google Search, Display, Shopping,
Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
- Perform keyword research, bidding strategy optimization, and competitor analysis.
- Track campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
- Analytics & Reporting – Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta
Business Manager, and Google Ads Manager.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Revenue Growth.
- Market Research & Strategy – Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform
updates.
- Identify new growth opportunities and scaling strategies.
- Analyze competitor campaigns and industry benchmarks.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Pixel Tracking.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution models.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1.5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Experience in E-commerce Marketing is mandatory.
- Prior Agency Experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
