Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the application development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with C# Programming Language.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Experience in integrating applications with other enterprise systems and platforms.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and version control systems.

- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
