Job Description:
The role involves assisting customers, understanding their requirements, and supporting them throughout the vehicle buying process.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome walk-in customers and handle enquiries
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Explain vehicle features, variants, pricing, offers, and finance options
- Arrange test drives and product demonstrations
- Follow up with customers through calls, messages, and emails
- Support conversion of enquiries into sales
- Maintain customer details in CRM/DMS systems
- Coordinate smooth vehicle delivery
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
