Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executives to help us generate leads, acquire clients, and grow our software development business. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with outreach, client communication, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
● Generate leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, social media, and online platforms.
● Identify potential clients for web development, mobile app development, SaaS, and custom software projects.
● Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and messages.
● Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations.
● Prepare proposals and follow up with potential clients.
● Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records.
● Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements.
● Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements
● Excellent communication skills in English.
● Basic understanding of IT services and software development.
● Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is preferred.
● Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
● Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, or email outreach is a plus.
Compensation
● Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
