About the Role
AIS Developer LLP is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, lead generation, social media, and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate qualified real estate leads.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, and other paid campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversion rates, ROI, and lead quality.
- Manage social media platforms and develop engaging content strategies.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and follow-up.
- Manage website SEO, Google Business Profile, and online visibility.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization.
- Work with creative teams for advertisements, videos, banners, and other marketing materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Real Estate.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver measurable results.
- Experience with CRM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools will be an advantage.
