Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Hindi-speaking Telecalling Executive to join our AI company. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, explaining our AI products and services, generating leads, and following up with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
- Communicate with customers in Hindi, English & Tamil
- Explain the company’s AI products and services clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain customer and call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic to good communication skills in English/Tamil
- Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
- Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
