Aurament Gems & Jewels is a fast-growing jewellery brand specializing in premium gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery. We are looking for a customer-focused Jewellery Sales Assistant who is passionate about retail sales and delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product features, purity, diamond quality, pricing, making charges, certifications, and ongoing offers.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Upsell and cross-sell jewellery collections, accessories, and special offers.
- Handle billing, payment processing, and customer documentation accurately.
- Assist in maintaining attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Conduct daily stock checks and ensure proper handling of jewellery inventory.
- Follow company SOPs for security, stock management, and customer service.
- Stay updated on new collections, jewellery trends, and product knowledge.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and provide excellent after-sales support.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or premium retail sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi and Gujarati are an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and sales skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Basic computer and POS billing knowledge.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional etiquette.
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and during festive seasons.
Preferred Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Previous experience in a jewellery showroom is preferred.
- Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and gold jewellery is an added advantage.
