We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Solutions & Presales Engineer to support solution design, customer engagement, and presales activities. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in solution consulting, technical sales, and business solutions while working closely with sales, engineering, and customer teams.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
Assist in designing and developing solutions across networking, technology, and communication domains.
Support product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs for customers and partners.
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, solution diagrams, BOMs, presentations, and implementation plans.
Participate in customer meetings, requirement gathering sessions, and site surveys.
Coordinate with internal engineering, delivery, and OEM teams to ensure solution feasibility and technical accuracy.
Support project handovers by providing technical documentation and clarifications.
Maintain technical documentation and proposal repositories.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Basic understanding of:

Experience in quotation preparation, documentation, and proposal creation.
Strong technical aptitude with a willingness to learn new technologies.
Exposure to Presales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Sales activities.
Familiarity with solution architecture concepts.
Exposure to Media, AV, Telecom, Networking, or Communication technologies.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
