Job Summary
- Handle loading and unloading of paddy, rice bags, and finished goods inside the warehouse
- Ensure proper stacking and safe storage of materials as per warehouse standards
- Support movement of materials between production, storage, and dispatch areas
- Assist in receiving materials and verifying quantity and quality condition
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse premises
- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) method for stock handling
- Assist in packing, labeling, and dispatch preparation activities
- Operate basic material handling tools like trolleys and pallet jacks
- Follow safety guidelines while handling materials and warehouse operations
Desired Qualification & Requirements
- Minimum qualification: +2 (Higher Secondary)
- 0–2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics (freshers can apply)
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
