Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and data analysis reports.
- Develop and maintain backend applications and REST APIs as required.
- Build and manage CRM automations, dashboards, and custom reports.
- Integrate TeleCRM/FMS with third-party applications.
- Write automation scripts to streamline business processes.
- Manage and maintain databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Troubleshoot backend applications and optimize system performance.
- Deploy and maintain backend services.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand reporting and automation requirements.
- Support business operations through process improvements and automation initiatives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
