1. Generate, qualify, and convert leads for the Martial Arts/Kids Gym - Evening Activity Club, and Play-way programs.
2. Conduct facility tours and program presentations for prospective clients and parents.
3. Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
4. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking.
5. Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
6. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
7. Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
8. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
9. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
10. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
11. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, support) to ensure smooth delivery.
12. Keep records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions (CRM updates).
13. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
14. Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
15. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
16. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company events.
17. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and legal requirements.
18. Maintain attendance records and basic progress notes/feedback from parents/guardians.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
