Sales Head (Tech Staffing / Recruitment Services)

Role: Individual Contributor initially; build and lead sales team.

Thinkify Labs is an engineering-focused staffing partner serving technology companies and global enterprises. The company specializes in hiring niche engineering talent including AI/ML, Rust, and Golang professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new enterprise clients in the technology and product space.
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Manage and grow strategic client accounts.
- Build relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Engineering leaders.
- Promote niche tech staffing solutions.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team as the business grows.
Mandatory Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B Sales experience with at least 3 years in IT Staffing/Recruitment Services Sales.
- Experience closing deals with enterprise/product companies or Series B+ startups.
- Strong existing network with HR, TA, or Engineering decision-makers.
- Understanding of staffing margins and profitability.
- Resume should include measurable achievements (revenue, deals, clients, placements).
Preferred Qualifications
- MSP/VMS platform experience (e.g., Magnit, Pontoon).
- Exposure to US or European staffing markets.
- Experience with premium staffing firms such as Randstad, Adecco, Aditi Consulting, Russell Tobin, Varite, Ascendion, Virtusa, Nine Leaps, Indium, Enterprise Minds, V-Soft, or BCT Consulting.
Pay: Up to ₹3,500,000.00 per year
