Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced BGA Rework Engineer with strong expertise in PCB rework, soldering, and electronics hardware support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in BGA rework, reballing, and PCB failure analysis. Key Responsibilities Perform BGA rework, reballing, and reflow operations on PCBs. Handle BGA workstations, X-ray machines, and soldering equipment. Identify and work with various PCB components and IC packages. Conduct PCB failure analysis and root cause identification. Perform SMD and PTH soldering for different electronic components. Use hot air blowers, solder stations, and solder pots for rework activities. Support board-level debugging and signal probing. Maintain lab inventory and component management. Required Skills Strong experience in BGA rework and PCB repair. Knowledge of soldering techniques and rework processes. Experience with X-ray inspection and BGA workstations. Understanding of electronic components and IC packaging. Knowledge of IPC standards and electronics quality processes.
