We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Logistics & Transport Coordinator to manage and coordinate the transportation of construction materials through road freight networks.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily vehicle movements and delivery schedules
- Manage relationships with transporters, suppliers and site teams
- Track deliveries and resolve delays promptly
- Negotiate freight rates and control logistics costs
- Verify freight documents, invoices and delivery records
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
- 3–7 years in road freight, transport coordination or construction material logistics
- Proficient in Excel and logistics management systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Work Schedule
- 6 days working week
- 5 days onsite, 1 day work from home
- Location — South Delhi
