Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, New Delhi (Work From Office)
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Upscale Legal is looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Associate to join its Corporate & Commercial Law practice.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including contract management, corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, due diligence, legal research, and transactional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
- Corporate and regulatory compliance advisory
- Legal research and preparation of legal opinions
- Due diligence and transaction support
- Client coordination and stakeholder management
Requirements:
- LL.B. from a recognized university
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Corporate and Commercial Law
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and professional judgment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments effectively
Important:
- This position is strictly for experienced candidates with relevant corporate/commercial law exposure.
- Freshers are not eligible for this role.
- Candidates should be based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate.
