We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Caller to join our team at our Bhawanipore, Kolkata office. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote insurance products.
- - Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable insurance solutions.
- - Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- - Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales.
- - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements (Skills):
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- - Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- - Basic knowledge of insurance products (desirable)
- - Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
