Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO, and content creation. This role is perfect for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in the digital marketing field.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Create engaging content, captions, and creatives for digital campaigns.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Perform basic SEO activities, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Monitor website and social media performance using analytics tools.
- Support email marketing and lead generation activities.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop marketing materials.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Google Ads (preferred).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, BBA, B.Com, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
