Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations and recruitment. The role will focus on hiring the right talent, managing HR processes, and supporting a structured and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Understand manpower requirements and plan hiring accordingly
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Coordinate with department heads to close positions on time
HR Operations
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance
Performance & Employee Management
- Support performance reviews and appraisal processes
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Assist in training, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory requirements
- Maintain contracts, letters, and HR reports
Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in HR with strong recruitment exposure
- Working knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Organized, practical, and people-oriented approach
