Key Responsibilities
Order Picking
- Pick products from storage areas as per invoices, delivery challans, or dispatch orders.
- Verify product name, quantity, batch number, and expiry date before packing.
- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry First Out) practices.
- Ensure picked products are free from damage or quality defects.
Packing Activities
- Pack sweets and food products according to company standards.
- Ensure proper sealing, labeling, and packaging of products.
- Use appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transportation.
- Maintain product presentation and packaging quality.
Dispatch Support
- Arrange packed products according to delivery routes or customer orders.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods.
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for timely shipment.
- Ensure all dispatch documents are accurately matched with packed orders.
Inventory Handling
- Maintain stock accuracy during picking and packing operations.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
- Assist in stock counting and inventory audits.
- Keep storage and packing areas organized.
Quality & Food Safety Compliance
- Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
- Use gloves, caps, masks as required.
- Ensure products are handled carefully to maintain freshness and quality.
Housekeeping & Safety
- Keep warehouse and packing areas clean and hazard-free.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Report unsafe conditions or equipment issues immediately.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
