Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with strong technical knowledge in Conventional and Mivan construction methods. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing site activities to ensure timely and quality project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work progress as per schedule.
- Execute works as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and consultants.
- Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship.
- Manage and plan resources—labour, materials, and machinery—effectively.
- Maintain daily progress reports and ensure timely documentation.
- Conduct technical checks and ensure adherence to design and method statements.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide efficient solutions.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgetary requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5–8 years of site experience in Residential / High-rise Building projects.
- Hands-on experience in Mivan shuttering and Conventional RCC structure works.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage teams and multiple site activities efficiently.
