- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote jewellery collections, offers, and events.
- Handle inbound calls professionally, answer customer queries, and provide product information.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
- Schedule store visits and appointments for walk-in customers.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.
- Build positive relationships with customers through polite communication and service.
- Maintain call logs, prepare daily reports, and meet call/lead targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
