About the Opportunity: We are a leading, high-growth digital consumer platform based in Noida. We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Retention Marketing Executive to join our Growth team.
In this role, you will own user lifecycle engagement and drive repeat transactions, customer loyalty, and long-term revenue growth. This position is ideal for someone who understands consumer psychology, loves diving into user data, and can build automated journeys that improve activation and reduce churn.
You will work closely with Product, CRM, Operations, and Analytics teams to design and execute retention strategies across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lifecycle & CRM Campaign Management: Plan and execute automated lifecycle campaigns (Onboarding, Activation, Repeat, Reactivation, and Win-back).
- Channel Execution: Build and manage automated user journeys via CRM tools across Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and In-app notifications.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Define distinct user cohorts based on transaction frequency, value, recency, and user behavior to deliver highly personalized messaging.
- Retention Strategy & Optimization: Analyze drop-offs in the user funnel, design rapid A/B experiments (testing subject lines, CTR, layouts), and build aggressive reactivation flows.
- Data & Reporting: Regularly track and report on key retention metrics including Repeat Rate, DAU/MAU, Cohort Retention, LTV, and Churn Rate.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Retention Marketing.
- Tools: Mandatory proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., WebEngage, Clevertap, MoEngage, or similar).
- Metrics: Strong understanding of user funnels, cohorts, and user lifecycle metrics.
- Communication: Excellent copywriting skills specifically tailored for high-converting push notifications, SMS, and email communication.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with an experimentation approach. Basic SQL or data interpretation skills are highly preferred.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
