Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary information on the company’s offerings.
- Conduct customer follow-ups and assist in maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Record and manage customer feedback and ensure timely resolutions for complaints.
- Update CRM/database with all call-related information for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets set by the team lead or supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role. Freshers are also welcome
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in local languages and/or English as required by the role.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software or databases.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
