Position: Receptionist / Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist / Telecaller to manage front desk responsibilities and handle inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks
Telecaller Duties:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products/services
- Maintain call records and update customer databases
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Polite, confident, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
- Prior experience in reception or Telecalling is an advantage
