FIT-OUT MANAGER – PROJECT OPERATIONS

Role
Own the end-to-end execution of turnkey interior projects from site mobilisation to final handover, ensuring delivery within timeline, budget and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage complete site execution and project schedules.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, site teams and internal departments.
- Ensure execution strictly follows approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and design intent.
- Drive daily site progress and achieve project milestones.
- Manage manpower, materials, productivity and site requirements.
- Control project costs, wastage, rework and variations.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure high-quality finishing.
- Identify delays/risks early and implement recovery plans.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, procurement and production teams.
- Manage snagging, rectification and final project handover.
- Maintain proper site documentation and progress reporting.

Ideal Candidate
- 5–10 years' experience in interior fit-out / turnkey / design & build.
- Strong hands-on site execution experience.
- Excellent contractor and manpower management skills.
- Strong understanding of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, flooring and finishing works.
- Commercially aware with strong planning and problem-solving ability.
- High ownership, accountability and execution discipline.
This is a field-driven leadership role. The candidate will be directly accountable for project execution and site outcomes.
Pay: ₹14,394.65 - ₹60,000.00 per month
