We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive with strong hands-on experience in Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, and Tally Prime. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, inventory accounting, and coordination with operations and service teams.
The candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling accounting tasks in a trading and service-oriented business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime / Zoho Books
- Handle purchase, sales, payments, receipts, and journal entries
- Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
- Maintain vendor and customer accounts
- Assist in GST compliance and documentation
Inventory & Order Processing
- Manage inventory entries and stock movement in Zoho Inventory
- Process sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery challans
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock updates
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain proper documentation for purchases, imports, and service records
- Assist in monthly reports and account reconciliations
- Support internal audits and financial reporting
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and service teams
- Track warranty and service-related cost records
- Ensure proper documentation for order processing and dispatch
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
