Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, cold calling, email outreach, and customer engagement activities.
- Pitch company IT solutions and service offerings to prospective customers.
- Generate qualified leads and business opportunities for the sales team.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and discussions between customers and sales representatives.
- Maintain and manage lead data in CRM or lead management systems.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and sales teams until opportunity closure.
- Coordinate with existing customers to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Build relationships with IT decision-makers including:
- CIO
- CTO
- CISO
- VP IT
- IT Managers
- IT Heads
- Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant IT solutions effectively.
- Handle customer objections confidently and professionally.
- Achieve lead generation and meeting scheduling targets.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and company offerings.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
