- Hygiene & Sanitation: Implementing strict protocols for personal hygiene, equipment sanitation, and waste disposal to prevent contamination.
- Audits: Acting as the primary point of contact for external health and safety inspectors
- Inventory Control: Conducting real-time stock counts to ensure the availability of raw materials and prevent spoilage.
- Vendor Coordination: Sourcing high-quality ingredients, negotiating terms with suppliers, and managing procurement budgets.
- Staffing: Recruiting, onboarding, and training production or service staff on standardized recipes and safety.
- Performance Management: Setting daily output targets, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of accountability
